Built to Budget
Concerned with the build going over budget? Don’t be, we adhere to our word on what we quoted you so you know how much the work will cost you without the fear of any nasty surprises ruining the process. Any variations you want throughout the build will be priced and sent to you for your approval before any work begins.
On Time
With our experience and expertise in renovations we’re able to provide an accurate and direct timeline of when your project will be complete. This ensures you can prepare accordingly.

What does the logo mean?
Team work - we have varied skills and experience to make one team.
Components - a number of parts make a house - foundation, framing, walls, weatherboards, nails/screws and the roof.
Strength - like woven flax each strand improves robustness. A solid foundation determines the success and longevity of the structure.
How we work with you?
Let’s talk - Our first step will be a phone call to follow up your enquiry. We’ll chat about your building project goals and work out how we can offer the services you need.
Let’s meet - Got renovation ideas? We’re all ears. We will come to your home for a renovation consultation to discuss thoughts, ideas, wishes and time frames.
Cost estimate - We’ll now present you with the preliminary budget, which is a ball park of costs based on discussion to date. This is key to a successful renovation and protects you from budget blow out. Depending on your budget, we may need to work with the designer to create concept until your budget and the drawings are perfectly matched.
Detailed costing - Once your scope and budget are aligned, the designer is given approval to start the working drawings and prepare documentation for the application for building consent and resource consent, if required.
Building Contract - contract is signed and all other documentation is put in place (i.e. home owner insurance and finance documents, builders risk insurance, etc)
Work begins - Communication is key! Throughout the building process, we will:
Communicate with you, the designer and subcontractors on a regular basis
Make sure your renovation project flows in a timely and coordinated manner.
Update the job schedule frequently so you’re well informed of progress and able to schedule in the people you are working with outside of our contract.
Keep you informed of the health and safety site plan.
Completion - We have completed the scope of work as per the contract. We’ll then:
arrange for the final inspection with council to ensure compliance with required plans and specs
tidy up and clean your home so you can enjoy it straight away
